Twisty Bar Crew Service Offerings

Our Bartender Service and what we Bring to Events:

We offer a single package that includes one certified and insured bartender along with their professional tool kit, a portable bar, a garnish caddy and napkin caddy, a compact cooler, an 8.5” x 11” drink menu holder, and three bus tubs to hold and chill supplies. Bartenders can handle any type of bar or event, and mix or pour any kind of drink. All bartenders wear stylish black linen shirts (unless requested otherwise) and always bring along their fun Twisty Bar Crew vibes.

Our Informative Event Guide and what we Don’t Bring to Events:

Twisty Bartenders do not provide alcohol and other supplies such as mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, straws, cups, or glassware. We do however have an easy to follow Event Guide that explains precisely what is required for events, and this guide assists hosts with easily picking up (or having delivered) all of the things that are needed before their event starts. Picking up or ordering these supplies is very simple to do, and this saves the host a lot of money while letting them choose exactly which ingredients they’d like to have for their upcoming event.

Our Prices:

• Our Bartender Package: The price is $350 for up to 3 hours of bartender service time along with 1.5 hours of bar set up time and 30 minutes of bar take down time, making a minimum of 5 hours in total. This price includes the $75 booking fee and $55 per hour for 5 hours making $275. ($75 + $275 = $350.) Note: If more than 3 hours of bartender service time is needed, then extra hours can easily be added during booking.

• The Travel Fee: A $35 travel fee is assessed for each booking. This helps cover the cost of the bartender traveling to and from the event. The cost of the bartender ($350) along with this travel fee ($35), brings the total minimum price to $385.

• Extra Hours: Each extra hour of bartender service is $55.

• Additional Bartenders: Each additional bartender is the same price as the first bartender ($350 for the bartender plus the $35 travel fee making $385 in total). The same 3 hours of bartender service time along with 1.5 hours of bar set up time and 30 minutes of bar take down time applies as well, making the same 5 hour minimum. We recommend having one bartender for up to about 75 guests. If your event has over 75 guests, or if your event has under 75 guests but you’d like an additional bartender to help the bar run especially quickly, then booking additional bartenders can be beneficial. One bartender can usually handle up to about 75 guests on their own though. Note: If more than 3 hours of bartending service time is needed for the additional bartender, then extra hours can easily be added during booking at the same rate of $55 for each extra hour.

• Bartender Gratuity: Either 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, or any another amount that’s desired. This gratuity percentage is decided at the end of the event, and paid after the bartender completes their bar service.

All Bookings Include:

• The Bartender and their Gear: One certified and insured bartender who brings a portable bar, a professional tool kit, a garnish caddy and napkin caddy, a compact cooler, an 8.5” x 11” drink menu holder, and three bus tubs to hold and chill supplies. Our bartenders can handle any type of bar or event. They can pour beer and wine, pre-batch drinks for rushes, facilitate celebration toasts, and mix any kind of cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks (including signature drinks, artisanal craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic “mocktails”). Bartenders are able to prepare garnishes and mixers, organize supplies, clean the bar area and discard empty containers, carry out all necessary bar set up and take down tasks, and serve each guest very kindly, efficiently, and responsibly. All bartenders wear a black linen, long sleeve, button-down shirt, along with black pants and unmarked black shoes (unless requested otherwise).

• Access to our Event Guide for Help with Preparing for any Type of Event: This includes things like a party planning checklist, ingredient recommendations, an alcohol calculator for amount estimates, assistance with custom signature cocktail menus, and a lot of other useful information. Alcohol and other supplies, such as mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, straws, cups, and glassware are not included with our service. Getting those supplies ready is not overly difficult though. It can be as simple as picking up some ingredients from the store, or easily placing an order to have them delivered before the event starts. This saves hosts a lot of money on supply costs and allows them to decide exactly which ingredients they’d like to have at their event. Our Event Guide professionally helps you do this, and our team is always available in case you have any questions or need help with this in any way.

• Full Customer Service Phone Support: This is available whenever needed at any time before, during, and after the event.

• Curated Twisty Bar Crew Music Playlists: We’ve got a fun group of playlists for any style occasion. The list of playlists can be found on our Event Guide, and using our playlists at an event requires the host to have connectible speakers, a device with the Spotify app, an electrical outlet, and an internet connection. C’mon, let’s dance!

• The Fun Twisty Bar Crew Spirit: We do our absolute best to make the bar a very special part of your party!
